How we fill spots from the waiting list
Now that the payment deadline of 12 October has passed, we go through the registrations. Everyone who has not yet paid is moved to the waiting list, and the 144 spots are kept by players who have paid.
The waiting list is sorted in three groups:
- 1.Paid by 12 October — in registration order.
- 2.Pays from 13 October onwards — the earliest payment ranks highest, regardless of when you registered.
- 3.Not yet paid — in registration order.
If a spot becomes available, through a cancellation or a missing payment, it goes to the player at the top of the queue. We contact that player and confirm the spot as soon as the payment has been received.
No payment, no spot. If no spot becomes available, the fee is refunded in full.
